Do you work with startups and small brands?
Yes. Custom orders start at 10 pieces per design with no low-quantity surcharge, so a first drop or a single team set is viable before you scale into a season.

What do you need from me to quote?
A design, tech pack, reference garment or even a photo, plus quantity, sizes, decoration and your target market. We reply with fabric and decoration options and a full cost breakdown within 24 hours.

Can you match our exact colours?
Yes. Thermal sublimation prints full-colour artwork directly into the fabric, and 1,000 colours are held in stock. Colour is confirmed on the physical sample before bulk production, and approved in writing.

Do you need my tech pack, or can you design?
Either works. Send a tech pack and our pattern makers manufacture exactly to it, or send a reference garment or sketch and our in-house designers develop the layout, grading and size chart with you before cutting.

How do I see the factory before ordering?
Ask for a live video walk-through, a third-party inspection or an on-site visit — all are welcome, and we share the latest audit and SGS test reports on request.
